About Us
We are a full service consulting firm for the Construction Industry. Our principal has been directly involved in the recent Urban transformation of Los Angeles directly contributing to the successful completion of over 1,000 residential units and the associated mixed use retail/commercial space of these projects. We believe that the Urban Environment can provide the last frontier of housing for the future. In consideration of our changing world the Urban Life Style has never been more prevalent and important than it is now. We are here to bring your properties to the forefront of this growth pattern.
From acquisition through the construction warranty period our participation is focused on bringing the entire development team together in an efficient and effective manner achieving projects that are on schedule and on budget. Our innovative thinking and creativity will enhance the Architect's design visions resulting in a project that that can be built competitively, value engineered to retain the integrity of the design and still offer a product that will incorporate cutting edge features and amenities so important to the marketing of the product. We utilize our experience to make us more effective in overall project coordination. Maximizing the talents of the design team including the architect, structural engineer, civil engineer, MEP designers, landscape architect, soils engineer, acoustical consultants, water proofing consultants, interior designers, and sales/marketing team can be challenging and frustrating. We are here to maintain focus on the big picture and bring all of this talent together to achieve successful and profitable completion.
We do not stop here. General Contractor negotiations, insurance, risk management, permitting, sales and marketing, model unit construction, hard hat tours, home owner orientation and move in turn over, walk throughs, key releases and move in coordination, document production, HOA coordination from selection of the property manager through turn over, through maintenance manuals, developer HOA board member appointments, customer service and finally warranty administration through the end of the applicable warranty periods are all areas that our associates can provide services individually suited to your projects and their structure minimizing or eliminating the need of maintaining your own staff and payroll.
